Why shouldn’t I live here?
1-Southlake Tx average median houses range on the 620k, so it is relatively affordable.
2-Property taxes are one of the highest in the Metroplex
3-Due to the proximity to two mayor routes, Southlake tends to get congested pretty quick, especially during the heavy traffic hours.
4-Some people would say that is not a diversity friendly area.
